Meet Andrea

Andrea Moore lives just outside of Walt Disney World in Central Florida, though she will always consider the beaches of Delaware home.

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, consistently landing on the Dean’s List during her time there. Just days after graduation, she packed her bags and moved to Orlando to participate in the Walt Disney World College Program—an experience that would shape her professional philosophy for years to come. She went on to spend 14 years working for “the Mouse,” where she learned firsthand that exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for people can transform an ordinary transaction into an unforgettable experience.

Andrea later carried that service mindset into the mortgage industry, where she has now spent over 20 years helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Her career began when her family opened their own mortgage brokerage in Delaware, where she worked as both a Senior Loan Processor and Loan Originator, gaining deep, hands-on knowledge of the entire loan process from the inside out.

Today, as a Mortgage Broker and President of Welcome Home Loans, Andrea is known for solving what she calls “money puzzles”—structuring complex scenarios and guiding clients through the mortgage process with clarity, creativity, and care. Her clients benefit not only from decades of experience, but from a service philosophy rooted in hospitality, trust, and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Andrea is an avid traveler and hiker who loves exploring new places—though she’s just as happy spending time near the water or planning her next adventure.
